Question#1- if you use "if" then its only specific to when it works, if you use " if else" then it can code for the opposite of the if.

Question#2- dont use if and else just if.

Question#3-any one that is not a senior and is either of the soccer team or in band.

Question#4-if you are a senior or in the band or on the soccer team than you are not included.
